35 Grams Kashimiri Red Chilli
25 Grams Red chilli
35 Grams Sabud Dhania (Coriander seed)
10 Grams Hing (Asafoetida)
2 to 3 Drops oil
4 Tbl sp Chanadal (Split Chickpea)
2 Tbl sp Urad Dal (Black Gram)
2 Tbl sp Chawal (Rice)
1 Tbl sp Methi Dana (Fenugreek seed)
1 Tbl sp Rai (Mustard seed)
1 Tbl sp Jeera (Cumin seed)
1/2 Tbl sp Kali Mirch (Black pepper)
4 to 5 Curry Patta Strips(Curry leaves)
1 Tsp Haldi powder(Turmeric powder)

Sambhar
2 Tbl sp Oil
1 Tsp Rai(Mustard seed)
1 Tsp Jeera(Cumin seed)
1/4 Tsp Hing(Asafoetida)
1 Strip Curry Patta (Curry leaves)
2 Sukhi Lal Mirch (Dry Red chilli)
1 Big size Onion Medium chopped
1 Big size Tomato Medium chopped
1 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp Haldi powder (Turmeric powder)
2 Small size Baingan chopped (Brinjal)
100 Grams Lauki chopped (Bottle Gourd)
1 small size Gajar chopped (Carrot)
100 Grams Kaddu Chopped (Pumpkin)
5 to 6 Fansi chopped (Green Beans)
1 Drumstick chopped
2 Tbl sp Sambar Masala Powder
1/4 cup Toor Dal (Pigeon pea)
1 Tbl sp Moong Dal (Petite Yellow Lentils)
1/4 Tsp Haldi powder (Turmeric powder)
1 Tsp salt
1 1/2 to 1 3/4 Cup water
3 cup water
1 Tbl sp Gud (Jaggery)
1/4 cup Imli water (Tamarind water)
1/2 Tsp salt
