Exercises to Improve Walking, Balance, and Stability

Walking becomes harder with age when ankle strength, balance, and mobility start to decline.
This longevity fitness routine is designed to improve walking, stability, coordination, and lower-body movement with simple daily exercises.

Start with calf raises to strengthen the calves and ankles, then ankle circles to improve joint mobility and control.
