The latest GOP debate on CNBC exemplified the conversion of investigative journalism to inquisitional. NBC prevents any use of the debate, so the closest version to show the issue was strategically edited by CNBC to take out the abrasive exposition of the question, and leave only the answer by Ted Cruz
