8 years ago, aging aches and pains scared me into making serious life changes — and I've been sharing everything I've learned since. It was very inspirational when I traveled to the Asian area of the world and I was able to assist people when it came to muscle and joint related isses.
I want to make it very clear that I am not part of the medical industry and I have no professional Credentials when it comes to physical fitness. Everything on this channel I have done myself, but I also understand everybody is different. That is why a big part of stretching is listening to your body, especially with deep smooth breathing.
The biggest part of the healing is the stretching routine since the stretches target problem areas at different angles. So pain relief is something you will not only desire, but understand and know know how to get pain relief. The great thing is you only need a yoga mat and your phone. All of the videos are vertical, so no matter where you are if you have your phone, you will be able to stay committed to your health. Also for those that may only have a phone, they are also able to envelope themselves into this routine that has changed lives.
