How to schedule an online appointment with the MINI App | MINI How To

Learn in this video how to keep track of your vehicle status and book service appointments with the MINI App. Make sure push notifications on your mobile device are enabled. Now you can receive relevant MINI notifications like service or recall alerts thanks to the app.
Get connected: tap to view details of the required service and choose “Schedule service”. Continue with your preferred dealer or select a different one from the map to start the booking process. Select the required service and click on “Next”. Available appointments in your dealer’s calendar are displayed.
Choose a date, the time and – if needed – a loaner car or the shuttle service for the time while your vehicle is at service. Please note that these options may vary at your dealer. Just to be sure: review your contact details in case there are any questions or you require follow up.
Finally, review your appointment details and schedule the booking. Done! By selecting “Add to Calendar” the service appointment appears in your smartphone calendar.
To view all details, find the dealer you have successfully scheduled the appointment with on the vehicle tab or dealer details page and tap “View Appointment”. Change of plans? No problem! Here you can also cancel your appointment.

The MINI App is available since summer 2020 in selected markets. Other markets will follow.
