Titomic Kinetic Fusion, also called cold spray, is a rapid additive manufacturing technique capable of creating very large parts from metals including titanium, inconel, hastelloy, stainless steel, copper, and more.

This fast and cost-effective method of manufacturing is allowing more manufacturers and end-users to incorporate titanium into their parts and operations.

In the Titomic Kinetic Fusion process, metal particles are accelerated to high velocities using a compressed gas stream. These particles, upon striking the substrate, deform plastically and bond mechanically to the surface without melting. This cold spray method allows for the buildup of dense, strong layers while maintaining the integrity of the base materials.
