If you have low-porosity natural hair, you can use a heating cap and a hair steamer if you want even better moisture and an even deep conditioning treatment! Maintaining proper moisture and protein balance of your natural hair is very important in growing your hair long and healthy, and this deep conditioning mask addresses both! (You can also leave out the protein if your hair is protein sensitive, if you don't have any, or if your hair doesn't tend to suffer from much breakage or damage.) I show you how to turn MY regular conditioner into a super creamy and slippery deep conditioner to treat your curly hair, and you can substitute any of the products out for YOUR favorites!
