Best of The Duke and Duchess of Sussex in Morocco

As part of their royal visit, made at the request of the UK government, the couple visited an 'Education for All' boarding house in the High Atlas Mountains, where girls aged 12-18 are able to access secondary education. Meghan was given a traditional Henna tattoo, while the Duke later awarded Michael McHugo, the founder of the 'Education for All' programme with an MBE on behalf of the Queen.

Meghan wore a stunning Dior dress to a reception hosted by the British Ambassador to Morocco in Rabat. The couple travelled to stables at the Moroccan Royal Federation of Equestrian Sports where they met children with special needs being supported with equine therapy. They were later tasting traditional Moroccan cuisine at a cookery school, where the couple tried pigeon as well as a traditional Moroccan pancake. Prior to leaving the couple were entertained with a tea party hosted by King Mohammed VI of Morocco and the crown prince at their private residence.
