How To Make Simmered Hijiki Salad (Recipe) | Hijiki Nimono | Japanese Seaweed Recipe

In this recipe video, I will introduce how to make Simmeree Hijiki seaweed. This is my favorite Hijiki Salad called “Hijiki no Nimono”. This is a traditional Japanese side dish for Breakfast and Bento box. This time, we use the Long Hijiki seaweed (長ひじき).
