セットスクリュー（止めネジ）は治具の持ち替え時のズレ防止程度とお考え下さい。
バイト押さえのボルトで締め付けることで治具が変形してワークを把握しています。

正式な加工方法ではありませんが、アイデアの種にしていただけたら幸いです。

I made a jig for cutting the head of a hexagon bolt with a lathe.
It's not a formal processing method, but I hope you can use it as a seed for your ideas.

Please consider the set screw to prevent misalignment when holding the jig.
The work piece is grasped as the jig is deformed by tightening with the bolt for holding the　cutting tool.
