IBM Cognos Analytics Dashboard | USA Sales Analytics

In this project, I built an interactive business intelligence dashboard using IBM Cognos Analytics to analyze retail sales performance across the USA.

The dashboard provides key insights through KPIs including total sales, total customers, and total products. Dynamic filters for order month-year, category, gender, and city name allow users to explore data flexibly and focus on specific business segments.

Multiple visualization techniques were used to present analytics clearly, such as bar charts for top 10 product sales, line charts for monthly sales trends, geo maps for city-wise sales distribution, treemaps for profit estimation by product category, pie charts for customer gender segmentation, and scatter plots analyzing the relationship between product price and sales price.

This dashboard helps uncover sales trends, product performance, customer demographics, and regional market concentration to support strategic business decisions and revenue optimization.
