Postoperative evaluation of orthognathic patients with Amira Software

Thermo Scientific™ Amira™ Software is a powerful, multifaceted 3D/4D+ platform for visualizing, manipulating, and understanding life science research data from many image modalities, including CT, MRI, 3D Microscopy, and other techniques. Amira is used by UZ Leuven(Belgium) for postoperative evaluation of orthognathic patients to quantify the accuracy of the surgical outcome of bimaxillary surgeries by comparing it to the 3D virtual preoperative planning.
