1. RUSSIAN TWIST
- 3 sets: 30 reps

2. TRISET #1, 4 SETS-
☆ BICYCLE CRUNCH
- 50 reps
☆ REVERSE CRUNCH
- 15 reps
☆ LEG RAISE
- 15 reps

3. TRISET #2, 4 SETS-
☆ CRUNCHES
- 20 reps
☆ SCISSOR CROSSOVER KICK
- 40 reps
☆ SCISSOR KICK
- 40 reps

4. PLANK
- 4 sets: 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off

5. SIT UP
- 4 sets: 30 reps
