You're doing Docker Database Backups WRONG. Do this instead.

Most people only back up their docker volumes but they overlooking taking backups of the databases themselves. It's important to create REAL database backups of your preciously applications like Nextcloud and Paperless. This is SO EASY too. In this short guide, I'll show you how to easily add an extra container to your docker compose stack which will automate the backup process.
