My name is Bill and this is my Guitar Instrumental Cover of Maria Elena by The Shadows.
Maria Elena was written back in 1932 by Lorenzo Barcelata. The song was dedicated to María Elena Peralta, the wife of Mexican President Emilio Portes Gil.
It is one of those tunes that has been covered many times over the years…I based mine on The Shadows version.

I played it on my Fender Stratocaster Special Edition with 11-49 NYXL strings by D'addario.
Recorded using Panasonic HD camcorder with a green screen background.
Video edited with Corel Video Studio Ultimate 2019 and Sound edited with Audacity.
