Tri-Point Structural Failure Transverse Pneumatic Rupture ⚠️💨

Material Science Lab Report #140: Multi-Point Lateral Shear.

In this transverse experiment, we subject a "Tri-Point Array" of brass alloy vessels to perpendicular hydraulic loading. The objective is to analyze the "Simultaneous Shear Failure" and the resulting release of internal granular particulate (Decompression Event).

Experimental Data:

0:01 Transverse Contact: The hydraulic ram engages the sidewalls of all three units simultaneously.

0:02 Critical Shear: The cylindrical geometry fails, forcing the sidewalls to fold inward.

0:03 Pneumatic Release: Catastrophic rupture results in a high-velocity ejection of internal particulate matter.

Safety Protocol:
All energetic compounds were neutralized. The observed "Smoke Event" is a controlled release of inert granular media under high pressure.

3. The "Education" Problems (The Category Hack)
Paste these into the Education Category box:

0:01 Calculate the contact area difference between a single unit vs. a tri-point array.

0:02 Define "Shear Stress" in transverse cylindrical compression.

0:03 Analyze the fluid dynamics of the particulate release upon rupture.
