What are the 5 biggest things keeping you stuck?
1) Negative self talk - this will hold you back from living a life that is the most fulfilling.
2) Belief Chameleon - You change your beliefs and values on whomever your around. (Not an attractive quality at all)
3) Betty The Blamer - some people like to blame everything on everyone else.
4) Fear of rejection - You fear being rejected so bad that it holds you back from going after what you want.
5) Not drinking enough juice - Just kidding - Analysis paralysisville - You think about everything way to much, always computing and researching and NEVER DOING! This is a big trap. You must take action.
The key to breaking through the other side and getting what you want is ultimately developing more self love! Believing in who you are and standing up for what you want in this life. :)
