Learn to Squat | 3 Key Stages

If your a beginner looking to ease into proper squatting then these movements should help you out immensely!

1. Assisted Banded Box Squats
Resistance Band = takes load off legs / makes it easier to squat your body

2. Bodyweight Box Squats
Box = is here to guide form. The sitting motion of a squat.

3. Barbell Box Squats
Barbell : it is important at this point to have the bar tight & locked on the upper back. Then just resume squatting.

Each one of these movements gets progressively harder to perform.

Going from assisted banded box squats to general barbell box squats will allow the body to trick into teaching itself proper squatting!
