Long Fermented Sourdough Pizza Dough - Bread Machine

Here is the recipe for my long fermented Pizza Dough:

4 c. flour (preferably all purpose)
1 T. sugar
2 T. Parmesan Cheese
2 t. salt
1 t. Italian seasoning
1 c. water
2 c. sourdough starter

Combine all ingredients in bread machine, adding the dry ingredients before the wet ingredients to prevent poofing out. Set machine to 'dough' setting. Allow to rise/ferment for 6 hours. Roll out onto pizza pan, one large or two medium. Puncture all over with a fork to prevent bubbles. Preheat oven to 425. Add preferred toppings and bake for about 20 minutes or until toppings are beginning to turn golden.
