If well all Cosplay Angels are former Cosplay Heartbreakers not all Cosplay Heartbreakers are guaranteed to become Cosplay Angels even if they have the potential until they meet the criteria. A Sublime Cosplay Angel rank (by its very nature) puts its holder on the fast-track to become candidate for Dom-Cos (My Dominican equivalent of TOP GUN for cosplayers). The only question from that point on will be if it will be in the capacity of non-permanent, permanent member or graduate. These factors will be decided by how the cosplay girl performs on her journey.
