JACLYN HILL X MORPHE VAULT COLLECTION: MORPHE DELETED MY NEGATIVE REVIEW!

I TRIED FOLLOWING A JACLYN HILL MAKEUP TUTORIAL! JACLYN HILL X MORPHE VAULT COLLECTION / JACLYN HILL MASTER BRUSH COLLECTION

I purchased the Jaclyn Hill x Morphe Vault Collection and decided to try following Jaclyn's video called "First Official Tutorial Using The Vault Collection!" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U1ElQjMuW-Q)

I was so unhappy with the collection, and when I left a negative review on the Morphe website, it was immediately removed. I had hundreds of other people contact me and tell me that the same thing happened to them. At the time of filming this video, there were 17 reviews on the product page, and every single one of them was 5 stars. There were no other reviews. I filmed this a few weeks ago, and i've checked back today to see that there are a few negative reviews now. I know for a fact that the 1 star reviews that are showing are only a fraction of the 1 star reviews actually given, as i've received literally HUNDREDS of comments across Twitter, Instagram and YouTube from people telling me that their reviews are not showing.

I find this extremely deceitful, especially considering that I am the sort of person that makes purchase decisions based on product reviews. Also, if you have a close look throughout the video, every time I hold up a palette side by side with Jaclyn, the colours in her palette pans are ten times more vibrant than mine. Now, this could be because the saturation has been turned up on her video, and if you think this is the case, please let me know.

I also try out her Master Brush Collection in this video too, and i've been using it frequently since filming. I enjoy using the brushes, but a lot of them have been shedding, which isn't a great sign to me.

In summary, I think that if you're a Jaclyn supporter and you decide to purchase the palettes, there will be some shades that you really enjoy. If you're an everyday makeup user hoping to find a great palette, perhaps look to other brands, as there seems to be too much inconsistency with this collection.
