To order food from IRCTC eCatering, visit the website or download the app, enter your 10-digit PNR number to retrieve your train details, and select the station where you want the food delivered.

Browse the available restaurants at the chosen station, add your desired food items to the cart, and proceed to checkout.

After reviewing your order, pay using the available online options, including COD. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation message with the delivery details, and the restaurant's delivery personnel will deliver your food to your seat at the specified station.
