This workout is designed to target the key areas and needs of 50+ to stay strong, fit and flexible. Improve core strength, tone arms and legs, promote bone health, and enhance overall well being! I have designed this based on my experience in rehabilitation, as a pilates practitioner, and an age 50+ lifetime exerciser :)
