Building a new house, drain piping installation around foundation

Building our new house I installed the drain piping around the foundation. this piping will have the gutter fro the roof attached to it, and the water will be roughed to the infiltration pit. It is very important that you understand your load installation requirements, for example Kitsap county in Washington requires the piping to be inspected, but Pierce county in washing dose not.
