EcoStruxure Machine Expert HVAC Training - M4.4 Getting started with Installer

The software to program the Modicon M171/M172 is EcoStruxure Machine Expert HVAC (former SoMachine HVAC).
The software can be downloaded from our website:
https://www.se.com/uk/en/download/document/SoMachine+HVAC+-+Programming+Software+for+Modicon+M171-M172+Logic+Controllers/

The EcoStruxure Machine Expert HVAC is free but the user will need to register the software.
The user will need an account in our License Portal in order to register the software:
https://www.se.com/ww/sites/corporate/en/support/software-licensing/user-login

In order to program the Modicon M171O you will require the programming cable TM171ADMI to download the application from the laptop to the controller.
In order to program the Modicon M172 you will require a miniUSB cable (TCSXCNAMUM3P or BMXXCAUSBH018) or if you are using the M172P an ethernet cable.
