Welcome to the second season of how fast can destroy a pokemon game with legendaries and mythicals after almost completing platinum i decided to start working on the other generation 4 games pokemon heartgold and soulsilver. And what is a better pokemon to start this series of with then my favourite legendary beast RAIKOU. Considering his 580 base stat total raikou is definetly a top DOG. But is he going to be speedy enough to last throughout this entire tournament? let's find out!
