This project involved the removal of approximately 2,000 square feet of existing concrete, followed by proper ground compaction and installation of expansion joints to ensure long-term structural integrity.

The new parking lot was poured using high-strength 4,500 PSI concrete, finished with a light broom texture for improved traction and aesthetics, and treated with a professional cure and seal application to protect the surface and extend its lifespan.

The entire project was completed in just 2–3 days, minimizing disruption while delivering a durable, high-quality result.
