Visiting Nicko McBrain's Drum One (Vlog) | David Winter

We visited Nicko McBrain's Drum One as the big man himself, Sonor and Paiste presented everything there is to know about his monster of a kit! If you watch the entire video, you may even get to see Nicko perform a quick rendition of 'Where Eagles Dare' - the song that acquainted him with Iron Maiden fans all over the world back in 1983.

This was such an amazing day out! Not only did we get to see Nicko's iconic Sonor Somewhere in TIme (1986) drum kit set up in store, but a bunch of drummers got sit in a room and talk drums with the legend himself for hours on end! I managed to capture some of the highlights of the day and throw together this little vlog... I hope you enjoy it!

Oh, I also ordered his Paiste SIgnature Reflected Power Bell Ride Cymbal... No biggy!
