Today I’m taking you along for a Puerto Rico layover and giving you a real, unfiltered look at what a day in the life of a private jet flight attendant actually looks like.

We’re talking loading the aircraft, stocking the galley, polishing crystal until it catches the light just right, plating and serving food, cleaning down the cabin — all of it. The work that happens before a single passenger steps on board is NO joke.

Because here’s what nobody tells you when you dream about this job — the magic that passengers experience? We built that. Every detail, every perfectly folded napkin, every spotless glass, every bite of food served at the right temperature at the right moment — that is intentional. That is skill.

And then — Puerto Rico.

This is also the job. Landing somewhere beautiful, checking into the hotel, getting a little reset before we do it all over again. I’m going to give you a little peek at where I’m staying tonight and we will do a proper check in together tomorrow so stay tuned for that.
