Two people who do not own your house walk into a court. One occupies it. One files a case. One apologises. The court gives the order. Your house gets sold. You come back from the US to find three claimants and a legal battle you can never win.

In this clip, @CyberDubeyOfficial describes a property fraud scheme that ran in Ghaziabad around 2005-2006 targeting NRI-owned homes. The scheme was built around one exploit: a vacant property, an absent owner, and a legal system that could be gamed when both parties in a dispute were actually working together.

Person one occupies the house. Person two files a legal claim against person one. Person two then concedes in court. The court issues an order. Person one gets the registry done. The house is sold. When the real owner returns, the fraud is already completed and legally buried under a court order.
