Lead designer Jason Matthews speaks with me at SDHistCon about his upcoming conflict simulation (wargame), Twlight Struggle: South Asian Monsoon, from GMT Games. Co-designed with Jason Carr, Twlight Struggle: South Asian Monsoon is the third game in the Twilight Struggle series and focuses on South Asia, the Indian Ocean, and China’s Asian periphery. The game starts in 1959. The team is aiming for a release sometime in 2024.
