Build an AI Second Brain

We demonstrate how to construct a personalised AI "second brain" by adapting Andrej Karpathy’s LLM-driven wiki framework. Using Obsidian as a visual interface, these systems categorise raw data from the web into interconnected knowledge bases that grow more sophisticated as new information is added. The guides highlight the use of automated "context farmers" and web clippers to ingest YouTube transcripts, articles, and meeting notes without manual effort. Beyond simple storage, the system functions as an intelligent assistant capable of grounding its chat responses in the user's specific history, journal entries, and CRM data. By integrating tools like Claude Code and GitHub, users can deploy a self-improving repository that identifies patterns and surfaces relevant insights on demand. Ultimately, the methodology transforms a static collection of notes into a dynamic, searchable asset that automates the "grunt work" of information management.
