Attract Mode + / Game gear improvements

Investing a little more time on stuff just makes it feel that much better (best view full screen):

Changes:

-Mirror look and feel from Attract Mode over to RetroArch so it feels like the same system (cheers Enkak for help with Retroarch config)
-Power button goes on and off as you cycle games
-Loading splash as menu game is changed, to mimic cart loading
-Sped up cart animation felt a bit slow.
-Delayed sound until loading animation complete (cheers Oomek for guidance on this)
