Sinigang Na Tilapia - Ilocano Style #ilocanorecipe #myownversion

Sinigang na tilapia but it was cooked like what my parents do in our province in Isabela. This recipe is more tasty if the fish was freshly catched from the river or lake. This recipe us one of my moms favorite that's why I learned how to on my own.

Ingredients:
ginger
onion
garlic
tomato
salt and pepper
fresh letus
fish sauce
fresh fish (tilapia)
