as cliche as it sounds, the gym is my therapy and it plays a HUGE role in my success when it comes to real estate. when i walk through those doors, it’s just me and the weights… although sometimes i’m not able to escape from the work calls and emails, i try my best to leave my phone in my bag and just focus on ME.

it’s easy to get caught up in your career and neglect your mental/physical health. but trust me, prioritize your physical and mental wellbeing and it will transcend into your career. you need to step away from work every now and then to do something that will feed your body and soul. even if it’s just 30 minutes, you owe yourself and your future self that time. your mind and your body will thank you
