I am a Mechanical Engineer with a strong academic and practical background in biomechanical design, finite element simulation, orthopedic implant modeling, and AI-driven healthcare research. I completed my BE in Mechanical Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology, Karachi, where my final-year thesis focused on the design and FEA simulation of the human knee joint and Total Knee Replacement (TKR) implant. I am currently pursuing an MS in Artificial Intelligence at NED UET, where my ongoing thesis explores the early detection of knee osteoarthritis using deep learning.

Over the past several years, I have developed a specialized profile at the intersection of mechanical engineering, computational biomechanics, medical-device design, and healthcare technology. My work combines engineering fundamentals with real biomedical applications, especially in orthopedic implants, musculoskeletal modeling, injury biomechanics, and simulation-based research.

Alongside academia, I work as a Lab Engineer at NUST PNEC, where I teach and support undergraduate students in CAD modeling, design workflows, engineering analysis, and finite element simulation. This role has strengthened both my technical and teaching abilities and has allowed me to stay closely connected with academic research, lab development, and student project supervision.

I am also a Fiverr Level 1 Seller with strong client feedback, and I have completed 20+ freelance projects in biomechanical and biomedical engineering. My project experience includes human knee joint stress analysis, femur inclination studies, cardiovascular stent simulation, bone interference screw design, intramedullary nailing for femoral fracture, biomaterials research, TKR implant design, artery-with-plaque simulation, dental implant systems with abutment and crown, and hip implant simulation. I have supported students, researchers, and dissertation clients with both technical modeling and simulation-based problem solving.

My technical toolkit includes SolidWorks, PTC Creo, Fusion 360, ANSYS, Abaqus, Python, Pandas, SQL, Power BI, and introductory PyTorch workflows. Earlier in my career, I also worked as Assistant Manager, Engineering & Development at Alsons Industries, which gave me valuable industrial exposure in engineering execution, product development, and practical problem solving.

My long-term goal is to build a strong research and consulting profile in biomechanics, orthopedic implants, medical devices, and AI in healthcare. I am especially interested in patient-specific modeling, implant optimization, injury mechanics, musculoskeletal simulation, and clinically relevant computational research.

I am open to freelance projects, research collaborations, academic partnerships, consulting opportunities, and roles related to biomechanics, orthopedic implants, medical-device engineering, and AI-enabled healthcare systems.
