Chicken Malai Gola Kabab
Presenting you with scrumptious,easy and extremely soft gola kababs,that melt in your mouth
*Ingredients *
Chicken mince preferably with fat 1/2 kg or 500 gms
Papaya 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Green chillies choped 5 to 6
Spring onion chopped 2
Tomatoes small cubed 1
Zeera 1 tsp
Special Garam masala ( mix jayfel ,javetry ,pipli and kabab cheeni all mixed 1 tsp
Dhaniya 1 tsp
White pepper 1/4 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Soya sause 1 tbsp
Salt 2 tsp
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
Desicated coconut 1 tsp
Cornflour 1 tbsp
Bihari kabab masala 1 tsp
Cheddar cheese 1 tbsp ( optional )
* method *
- Mix in all the ingredients listed above with the mince until properly mixed
-marinate the prepared mince for a minimum of 2 hours (preferably overnight) for the flavours to develop
-divide the batter into equally into balls
-slightly oil your hands (this will prevent the mince from sticking on your hand) and with the help of your hands shape the divided mince into balls or seekh kabab
- shallow fry them on medium heat until golden brown
-At this stage you can give the kebabs a koyley ka dam by keeping the coal in the middle of the frying pan to intensify the flavour
- serve warm and enjoy
