Nissan E-NV200 rear wheel arches collect mud!

For some reason, mud seems to stick to the inside rear wheel arches on the Nissan E-NV200 (and other versions of the same van) more than other vans. It collects particularly badly around the wheel arch lip. Even after giving a van a good clean with a pressure washer, you can still pull out mud with your fingers. So on every van I prepare for sale, I give the rear wheel arches a good clean.
When looking in the wheel arches on these vans, it does look like there's paint over-spray on top of the black underseal. This is normal and they all look like this from the factory. If you didn't know, you'd assume your van has had bodywork repairs!

These vans are also the Nissan NV200, Nissan Evalia, Mitsubishi Delica D:3, Mitsubishi Delica Van, Chevrolet City Express, e-Wolf Delta 2 Shuttle, Ashok Leyland Stile, Dynamo Taxi.
