Making Paint Out Of Pastels

To be honest the first time I tried this I didn't think it would even work. Was so surprised when it did that I noted my steps and made this video a week later. Maybe you can make something interesting with a custom mixed paint like this! Sure beats the heck out of expensive pigments in jars.
