Political Powerhouse Stanley Sheinbaum is appealing to Calif. Attorney Gneeral Gerry Brown to stop Time Warner from shutting down 14 public access cable channels and studios in Los Angeles. A former Regent of the University of California and President of the Los Angeles Police Commission, Sheinbaum is a long-time benefactor of the ACLU Foundation and a First Amendment Rights champion.
