Tesla's $20,000 Compact Car Is Coming Soon

Tesla is soon going to come up with their compact car. They are already going ahead with the design. We know that Tesla battery day technology is going to reduce the cost of the batteries.

The Model 3, in particular, has shown how large the demand is for a capable, affordable electric car. From selling an expensive sportscar the tesla roadster and then the model S and later the model 3, tesla started to sell vehicles with lower price tags over the time. The cheapest tesla you can buy currently is the Model 3 which is priced at $35,000. However, $35,000 is not that affordable for many people.

Tesla's mission is to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy and in order to achieve that Tesla should start selling a vehicle with low price tags where majority of the people could afford it.

Soon after the event Tesla followed that announcement up by sharing a preliminary sketch of what looks like a small Tesla hatchback on its WeChat account.
Recently reports came out that Tesla Giga Shanghai is now accepting vehicle design ideas and the vehicle is rumored as the Model C. Tesla’s official WeChat account posted an announcement calling for joining the team and helping the company create the compact car.
