Mad Sudoku Techniques!

Today's puzzle sees the return of Phistomefel with a classic thermo sudoku which is quite simply sublime. You can play it here:

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. Along thermometers, digits must increase from the bulb end.

At the start of the video, we revisit shye's sudoku from yesterday and take a look a Set Equivalence Theory (SET). You can play that puzzle at the link below:

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. Each main diagonal (marked in blue) must also contain all of the digits 1 to 9. In cages, digits must sum to the small clue in the top left corner of the cage. Digits cannot repeat within a cage.
