Pasta is comfort in a bowl. You can literally never go wrong with it! This one pot Alfredo Fettuccine is just mind blowing. All you need is simple ingredients and 15 minutes and you've cooked yourself a pot of absolute wholesomeness! 😋

Recipe:

- 1 tbsps butter
- 5-6 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups milk
- 1 tsp salt, or to taste
- A bunch of Spinach
- 2 tbsp parmesan
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- parsley

🧀 Boil the pasta in the milk itself. The starch from the pasta will be released and give you a thick and creamy sauce.

🧀 You can add any veggies of your choice, mushrooms, broccoli, bell peppers!

🧀 I am using Fettuccine, you can use any pasta of your choice.
