In this video I share some meal prep hacks and tricks to make your life easier.

The meal prep tips include the following:
- Chop onions, garlic and ginger in bulk, and using a muffin/cupcake tray and an ice cube tray, freeze the onions, garlic and ginger.
- Chop and prep vegetables and snacks to use throughout the week,so that you have less meal preparation to do during the week. Chop and freeze vegetables that you can add to your meals, cut salad and grate cheese so that everything is readily available to eat and use.
- Bulk prepare your curry base/tharka/gravy, freeze in portions. When you need to make a curry, just heat the curry base/tharka to a pan and add meat/fish/veg.
- Make pizza/naan dough, roll into balls and freeze in a muffin tray.
- Cook and store pasta sauce (with vegetables and spices of your choice) in a storage jar in the fridge or freezer depending on when you will be using it.
- Prepare and freeze cookie dough in a muffin tray, so that when you are in the mood for a sweet treat you can easily pop the cookie dough onto a baking tray and bake away.
