CERIAS - Automatically Recovering Human-Understandable Evidence from Memory Images

Brendan Saltaformaggio is a Ph.D. Candidate in the Department of Computer Science at Purdue University.
His research interests lie in cyber forensics and cloud computing security, particularly in the areas of memory forensics and binary program analysis. His work has been awarded the Best Student Paper Award at Usenix Security 2014 and the Best Paper Award at ACM CCS 2015. He is partially funded via the 2016 Symantec Research Labs Graduate Fellowship, and he was recently honored as the inaugural recipient of the Emil Stefanov Memorial Fellowship. Brendan earned a BS with Honors in Computer Science from the University of New Orleans and an MS from Purdue University.
