In this update: we added lightweight CRM functionality (accounts + contacts) so the app can properly track clients and link them to transcripts. No bloated HubSpot, no Salesforce overhead — just the essentials a small professional services team actually needs.

We also walk through the prompting strategy used with Claude to minimize wasted credits, validate assumptions before generating code, and avoid technical debt down the road.
