Get Astarion (and others') Approval By Being Rude to Raphael

I normally say polite things to Raphael the cambion, so I was surprised that if you go rude and aggressive, you actually get approval from your companions.

So I've posted the cinematic/cut scene here in case anyone else is always on the lookout for ways to get Astarion approval.

He doesn't speak, you just get the little "Astarion approves" sign.
