Fujifilm Instax Share SP-3 Smartphone Printer First Look and Review

The big deal with this printer is that it prints on the new Fuji Instax Square film.

The familiar square format is beautiful (a bit smaller than polaroid).

The Instax Share smartphone app has also been updated and you can now add text templates over photos for even more creative prints.

One small issue we had with the printer was that the charging port cover was a bit tricky to put back on. Quite a small detail.

Also, the printer is beautifully designed, looking more like a piece of art than an instant film printer.

Even though Fuji already has a smartphone printer (SP-2, instax mini) as well as a square camera (SQ10), I found the experience of using the SP-3 and the resulting square prints delightful.

It will make a great christmas present!
