Working in the USA from the perspective of an Italian friend who decided to move to the USA. Discover why and how they decided to move to America and what they think of the American lifestyle.

My friend Rossana and her husband decided to move to the USA in 2018 and have thus been able to make a decent life for themselves both working as researchers. She discusses the pros and cons of living and working abroad in America and how she was able to settle into her new life in Houston Texas.

As to be expected Rossana discusses what she misses about Italy and reflects on whether she really wants to go back one day and raise her daughter in Italy. It is important to keep in mind that her situation is unique to her life and therefore not representative of the abroad experience of all immigrants in the USA.
