Mr. Dilip Chenoy was the Managing Director & CEO of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). NSDC is a public-private partnership not-for-profit company formed under the Union Ministry of Finance, Government of India. His track record of leading a very vibrant sectoral organization, as well as his ability to understand Industry and Government alike led him to the helm at NSDC, presenting an enormous opportunity to transform the skills landscape of India and impact the livelihood of millions of people.

Prior to NSDC, he was associated with Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) for 19 years and served as the Regional Director for Southern region. In 2004 joined Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) as Director General.

He also served as an Executive Director of Indian healthcare federation and the Indian Steel Alliance.

He was also a member of the CII-Harvard business school(HBS) project team led by Prof Michael Porter, on the competitiveness of Indian Industry which included training in HBS.
